Good idea to represent it as "multiple next states are physically possible" thus blackboxing free will, instead of trying to explain its mechanism or going reductionist with "there is no free will, only 1 next state is possible"
Thank you! Yeah, I think we cannot explain agency before explaining consciousness, and I'm not attempting that just yet. And reductionism is impractical. But we can try and describe how the observable second-order effects behave.
