It’s been the second week that I’ve gotten sick
I go for an 8k run, as long the pain / issue is at shoulder level or above.
So not when you have flu and/or temperature?
As long as it’s not stomach or intestinal flu or high temp, or heavy cough. Light fever is ok.
Interesting. I may try it very soon (still somewhat sick).
Alternatively you can do interval running if you feel too tired to run 5 or 10k. Walk 2 minutes, run for 1. Repeat 10-15 times. If you a Apple Watch or a garmin you can program it.
